Avix Design may at any time revise these Terms without notice by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms to which you are bound.
Copyright. All images, text, programs, and other materials found in the Site are protected by the United States copyright laws. Jurisdiction.The Site is controlled and operated by Avix Design from its offices within the State of Ohio, United States of America. This agreement is entered into in the State of Ohio and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdication of the state and federal courts located in Morrow County, Ohio for the purposes of litigating any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and agree not to commence any such action against Avix Design other than in such courts.
If any of the provisions of this agreement are held by a court or a tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter herein.
Termination.Your authorization to use the Site automatically terminates without notice if in Avix Design's sole discretion you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
